Our Return Policy

You may return any unused cartons of Almondjool for any reason within 14 days of the date of purchase for a full refund on the unused cartons based on the original form of payment. If you paid by credit card, we will credit the same credit card account you used in your original purchase. If you paid by check, we will mail you a refund check.

Instructions for returns:

1. Contact us through e-mail or by phone requesting a return form to be sent to you.
2. Fill out the return form once you receive it.
a. Enter the order number of your original purchase.
b. Indicate how many cartons and/or cases are being returned.
c. Indicate if you had originally paid by credit card or by check. If you had paid by credit card, fill in the credit card information for the credit card used in your original purchase. We will not accept any other credit card not used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to show up on your credit card statement. If you paid by check, fill in the address that you want your refund check to be mailed.
d. Indicate the reason that you are returning the product. If applicable, give us suggestions as to how we may improve our product.
3. Using the original shipping box if possible, pack and seal your return securely and include the return form. Detach the return label and attach it to the outside of the package. Packages must be returned prepaid - we do not accept C.O.D. return deliveries.
